RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason, just return the products unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition within 10 days of purchase and we will fully refund you or exchange the products for you. Unfortunately we will not be able to bear the shipment costs on both ways.
If there is any problem with the product that has been caused by our company, please send the product back unused, at its original packaging within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you the total costs including the shipments.
Please bear in mind that we examine each individual pair of Gurkee’s we send out to ensure they are in good condition.
In any case, the above does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning any products for what ever reason, please provide your name, address, email, phone number, order reference and reason for return.
