Orders Information
Any order will be subject to our terms and conditions. All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days. We strive to make it faster however these are the general guidelines.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email and you will either have a chance to change your order or cancel it and receive a full refund. Once the order is dispatched, we will send an email confirming the shipment. We will contact you within 2 days to verify that you received the order. All UK shipments will be sent via 1st class recorded delivery mail. For outside the UK, we will notify you of our shipping conditions.
If you prefer a different shipment option, please notify us in the ordering process.
We will send the products to the exact address you specified in your order therefore if there are any problems with this address, we will not be liable for any additional shipment costs. The above does not affect any of your statutory rights. All our terms& conditions are subject to English Law.
Our payment method will be via Paypal therefore we will not have access to any of your credit cards information. All payment terms will be subject to the terms & conditions of Paypal. Once we receive confirmation of funds we will dispatch the products.
If you prefer to send a cheque, please email us and we will explain the procedure of paying by cheque.
